Clients with Unlimited (Free Pass) memberships are eligible to take any Yoga Class listed on the class schedule. Special events are not included and may be paid for seperately.
Monthly Memberships and these Terms & Condtions may change at any time. Notice will be sent 30days in advance to the e-mail on record for any changes.
Payments and Billing
Clients have two options for payments:
(1) Monthly payment by credit card or EFT via PayPal (using the Buy Now button above)
The Billing Date for Paypal payments will be the date of purchase. Recurring payments will be billed on the same date each month from the date you register until your membership is cancelled.
Monthly Memberships will start from the date of your first attendance.
(2) Payment by Auto Bank transfer
If you choose option (2), the first two months of your membership must be paid upfront in cash at your first class.
Bring your Bank or post office book and bank stamp to fill out the Auto bank transfer form.
The Billing Date for Auto bank transfers will be the 27th of each month. Your 3rd month and recurring membership fees will be drafted on the 27th of each month.
Clients may terminate or cancel their memberships at anytime. The request to cancel must be submitted 30 days before the next Billing Date. Memberships will be cancelled at the expiration date of the current monthly membership. To cancel, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
There are no refunds for unused memberships after the Billing Date.
Clients with Unlimited (Free Pass) membership may, for a period of a month or longer, “put on hold” the Membership including Payments & Billing. The request to place the membership on hold must be submitted via e-mail to email@example.com to the hold dates (no retroactive holds).
